Frequently asked questions
What if I can't make an appointment prior to my given deadline?
We want you to look your best for the big day. To make sure we can accommodate an appointment after the deadline please call the store at 309-342-5914 or email us at atuxedoforu2@gmail.com.
Is payment due at the time of fitting?
We ask for a $30 down payment that will go toward the total balance of the rental.
When is my final payment due?
The remaining balance is due before the order may leave the store. Payments may be made leading up to the event date as well.
What does the pickup process look like?
It is recommended that you try on your order at pickup to ensure a proper fit. We are able to make same-day, onsite adjustments if necessary.
When is my rental due back?
Rentals should be returned within 2 days after the event date. We have a 24 hour drop box for your convenience. Return instructions will be with your order.
